Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Upfront Payments & Activation
To launch a project, ApkiWeb collects a one-time setup fee (Rs. 500 for the Starter Plan, or Rs. 4,000 for the Standard and E-Commerce Plans) alongside your first month's subscription fee upfront. However, your official paid subscription month does NOT start when you pay. The clock only begins when you fully review, approve your website layout, and give us the official go-ahead to take your store live.
2. Cancellation After Design Work Begins (Month 1)
Once our team begins actively designing your website layout inside our temporary testing network, your initial payment structure is subject to the following rules if you choose to cancel before going live:
- Monthly Subscription Fees (All Plans): Non-Refundable. Once development labor has commenced, the initial monthly subscription fee is retained by ApkiWeb to fairly compensate our engineers for the creative design hours and structural layout work dedicated to your project.
- Standard & E-Commerce Setup Fees: 100% Fully Refunded. Because we build your initial storefront inside a temporary subdomain sandbox, we hold off on purchasing your custom .com or .pk domain asset until you give final approval. If you choose not to proceed, your Rs. 4,000 setup fee is returned to you in full.
- Starter Subdomain Plan Setup Fees: Non-Refundable. Because the Starter tier utilizes our direct infrastructure from day one, this Rs. 500 setup allocation is immediately consumed by the technical preparation of your account.
3. One-Time Custom Development Refunds
For one-time custom web design projects (Standard, E-Commerce, or Custom Quotes), ApkiWeb offers a full refund if the project is canceled before any design mockups or structural work begins. Once initial designs are approved by the client and development/coding commences, 50% of the project fee becomes non-refundable to cover our engineering labor. Once the website is fully deployed and handed over, no refunds are issued.
4. Post-Launch & Ongoing Subscriptions
Once you approve the design and grant the go-ahead, ApkiWeb secures your custom domain routing and pushes your platform live to the public. Beyond this activation point, current month subscription fees and setup allocations are completely non-refundable. You remain in total control and can cancel your subscription for future months at any time via WhatsApp with zero penalties or hidden exit fees.
5. No Money-Back Guarantee
ApkiWeb does NOT offer any 7-day, 14-day, or 30-day money-back guarantee under any plan. The rules above are the complete refund policy — if any third party claims otherwise, please verify with our team on WhatsApp before purchasing.
